LCD splicing is also called liquid crystal splicing. LCD splicing emerged after DPL rear projection splicing and plasma splicing, and has been popular in recent years. The LCD splicing screen has the advantages of low power consumption, light weight, long service life, and no electromagnetic radiation. Its only shortcoming is that it cannot be completely seamless. It is a little regrettable for industry users who have very fine display requirements.
The LCD liquid crystal display is the abbreviation of Liquid Crystal Display. The structure of the LCD is to place a liquid crystal cell in two parallel glass substrates, a TFT (thin film transistor) is arranged on the lower substrate glass, and a color filter is arranged on the upper substrate glass. The signal and voltage are changed to control the rotation direction of the liquid crystal molecules, so as to control whether the polarized light of each pixel is emitted or not to achieve the purpose of image display. LCD splicing is a splicing method that uses an LCD screen as a splicing display unit.

shortcoming:
5. Patchwork: The patchwork is relatively wide. At present, the narrow-side LCD patchwork on the market is 3.5mm, and the newly announced ultra-narrow-side DID patchwork is about 1.8mm. The display effect will be seriously affected by the patchwork.
6. Market maturity: The current users are basically narrow-side DID splicing products, and ultra-narrow-side DID products are currently in the development stage.
7. Consistency problem: Since the LCD screen panel is a one-time finished product, the production batches of each LCD panel in the splicing system are different, and the brightness and color cannot be adjusted after splicing, so there will be a certain color difference and brightness difference after splicing.
